Terms and Conditions

This document governs the use and booking of services offered on the digital platform CuscoTransfer, operated by Machupicchu Terra S.R.L., registered with the Ministry of Culture under code MA0473.

By booking and purchasing a private transportation service through this website, the Client expressly agrees to these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract.



General Information

CuscoTransfer is a virtual platform specializing in private transfers in Cusco, offering transportation services to the airport, train stations, bus terminal, or your hotel, as well as to major tourist destinations such as the Sacred Valley, Maras and Moray, South Valley, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, and many more.

The company Machupicchu Terra S.R.L. is the sole entity authorized to modify, expand, or restrict these terms and conditions, as well as the services offered on this platform.

Contract Parties

  • CUSCOTRANSFER: A virtual platform for private transportation in Cusco, part of Machupicchu Terra S.R.L.
  • CLIENT: Any individual or legal entity that purchases the services offered by CuscoTransfer.com.

Booking and Purchase Process

  • The Client may make a reservation online from anywhere in the world.
  • To confirm the purchase, a valid email address is required, where the booking confirmation, payment receipt, and service details will be sent.
  • The booking form must be completed with accurate information matching an official identification document (passport, national ID, foreign ID card, etc.).
  • Once full payment for the service has been received, CuscoTransfer will send the Client a digital confirmation of the transfer.
  • The Client must arrive on time at the agreed pickup location. Failure to do so will be considered a No Show, with no right to a refund.

Service Conditions

  • CuscoTransfer provides exclusively private transportation services throughout Cusco and its main tourist destinations.
  • The company is committed to delivering the service with safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

  • Schedules, pickup locations, and transfer conditions will be confirmed in advance with the Client.

Personal Data Protection Policy

In compliance with Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, the data provided by the Client will be treated confidentially by Machupicchu Terra S.R.L., located at Recoleta Street 208 – Cusco.

The use of personal data will be strictly limited to what is necessary for the execution of the contracted services and may only be shared with third parties when essential to ensure service delivery.

The Client has the right to request the correction, deletion, or objection to the processing of their personal data at any time by contacting Machupicchu Terra through its official communication channels.

Changes and Modifications

  • Allowed booking changes include: passenger names, transfer date, type of service, and pickup location.
  • All changes must be requested at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance of the service date.
  • No penalty will apply for changes made within the established timeframe.
  • Requests must be sent clearly and in detail to ventas@machupicchuterra.com during business hours (09:00 to 18:00).

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to ventas@machupicchuterra.com at least 3 days in advance of the transfer date.
  • Refunds will be issued with a penalty of 25% of the service value (the Client will receive the remaining 75%).
  • Last-minute cancellations or No Shows are not accepted.
  • The refund will be processed up to 48 hours before the service date, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The processing time will depend on the payment gateway used (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), typically taking up to 30 days.

Payment Terms

  • Service prices are displayed on the digital platform at the time of booking.
  • Payment must be made in full (100%) through the available gateways: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal.
  • Once payment is confirmed, the Client will receive the receipt and booking details by email.

Final Considerations

  • The Client is responsible for verifying that the information provided in the service confirmation (date, time, names, identification document, pickup location, etc.) is correct.
  • CuscoTransfer and Machupicchu Terra S.R.L. are not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, road blockages, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
  • By purchasing the services, the Client expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.
