How to purchase your transportation service
Step 1: Browse and select
Go to www.carmachupicchu.com. Explore our options:
- Tours to the main attractions in Cusco.
- Private transportation services to your hotel, airport, or bus terminal.
Read the detailed description of each experience. If you need assistance, contact us by email or WhatsApp. Once you find the ideal service, click “Book now”.
Step 2: Complete the booking form
- Check the availability of tours or private transfers on your desired date.
- Fill out the form with your details: full name, email address, phone number, nationality, date of birth, and document number.
- If you request hotel pickup, provide the hotel name and exact address. For transfers, specify the destination (airport or bus terminal).
Step 3: Add additional details
- Include any additional information such as itineraries, exact pickup points, special requests, or personal preferences.
- Carefully review all the information you entered.
- Note: changes or cancellations are subject to penalties between 10% and 25% of the service price.
- Click “Confirm booking” and select your preferred payment method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or PayPal.
- You can also request a payment link (“invoice”) via email or WhatsApp.
Step 4: Booking confirmation
- After payment, you will receive an email confirming your booking. We recommend checking both your inbox and spam folder.
- Our sales team will contact you before the service:
- For tours: a tour guide will arrange a prior meeting (usually in your hotel lobby in Cusco).
- For private transportation: an agent will confirm the exact pickup time and location or your destination details.
