After breakfast, the trip continues to the Soraypampa campsite, which is the furthest point the transport can reach. Here, the hike to Humantay Lake begins. The driver and transport will wait for you in the same spot while you explore the lake.

Tour around Humantay Lake
The hike to Humantay Lake takes approximately 3 hours (round trip), crossing steep paths. Keep in mind that there will also be muleteers who can rent you a horse to make the journey easier. Upon arriving at the lake, you will have time to explore the area at your leisure, take great photos, and even rest. Upon your return, the driver will be waiting for you to continue with the itinerary.

From the Soraypampa campsite, we will head back towards Mollepata, where you will have time to have lunch (optional and not included, but you can book it additionally). This is a great time to rest after the exhausting hike.
