Terms and Conditions
This document regulates the use and hiring of services offered on the digital platform CuscoTransfer, owned by the company Machupicchu Terra S.R.L., registered with the Ministry of Culture under code MA0473.
By booking and hiring a private transportation service through this website, the Client expressly accepts these terms and conditions, which constitute a legal and binding contract.

General Information
CuscoTransfer is a virtual platform specialized in private transfers in Cusco, offering transportation services to the airport, train stations, bus terminals, or your hotel, as well as to all tourist destinations such as the Sacred Valley, Maras and Moray, South Valley, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, and many more destinations.
The company Machupicchu Terra S.R.L. is the only entity authorized to modify, expand, or restrict these terms and conditions, as well as the services offered on this platform.
Contracting Parties
- CUSCOTRANSFER: Virtual platform for private transportation in Cusco, part of Machupicchu Terra S.R.L.
- CLIENT: Individual or legal entity that acquires the services offered by CuscoTransfer.com.
Purchase and Reservation Process
- The Client can make a reservation online from anywhere in the world.
- To confirm the purchase, it is essential to have a valid email address where the reservation confirmation, payment receipt, and other service details will be sent.
- The reservation form must be completed with accurate data that matches an official identity document (passport, ID, foreigner card, etc.).
- Once the full payment for the service is received, CuscoTransfer will send the Client the digital confirmation of the transfer.
- The Client must arrive punctually at the agreed pickup location. Failure to show up will be considered as a No Show, with no right to a refund.
Service Conditions
- CuscoTransfer exclusively provides private transportation services throughout Cusco and its main tourist destinations.
- The company is committed to providing the service with safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

- The schedules, pickup locations, and transfer conditions will be confirmed with the Client in advance.
Personal Data Protection Policy
In compliance with the Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, the data provided by the Client will be treated confidentially by Machupicchu Terra S.R.L., located at Recoleta 208 – Cusco.
The use of personal data will be strictly necessary for the execution of the contracted services and may only be shared with third parties in cases necessary to guarantee the service.
The Client has the right to request at any time the correction, cancellation, or opposition to the processing of their personal data by contacting the official communication channels of Machupicchu Terra.
Changes and Modifications
- Possible changes to the reservation include: passenger names, transfer date, type of service, and pickup location.
- All changes must be requested at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance of the service date.
- No penalty will be applied for changes made within the established time frame.
- Requests must be sent clearly and in detail to the email ventas@machupicchuterra.com during business hours (09:00 to 18:00).
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be sent to the email ventas@machupicchuterra.com at least 3 days in advance of the transfer date.
- The refund will be made with a penalty of 25% of the service value (the Client will receive the remaining 75%).
- Last-minute cancellations and No Show cases are not accepted.
- The refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours before the service date, using the same payment method used for the booking.
- The time for crediting the refund will depend on the payment gateway used (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), usually taking up to 30 days.
Payment Conditions
- The prices for each service are shown on the digital platform at the time of booking.
- Payment must be made in full (100%) through the available payment gateways: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the Client will receive the receipt and reservation details via email.
Final Considerations
- The Client is responsible for verifying that the information provided in the service confirmation (date, time, names, ID document, pickup location, etc.) is correct.
- CuscoTransfer and Machupicchu Terra S.R.L. are not responsible for delays or non-compliance due to force majeure causes, such as natural phenomena, road blockages, strikes, or other events beyond the company’s control.
- The booking of services implies the express acceptance of these terms and conditions.
